3. The offer is divided into four categories, which are ₹ 15 Lakhs – ₹ 20 Lakhs, ₹ 20 Lakhs – ₹ 25 Lakhs, ₹ 25 Lakhs – ₹ 30 Lakhs and ₹ 30 Lakhs – ₹ 40 Lakhs and above. And to be eligible for this offer, your total project value must fall under one of these categories.

4. Your total project value will be calculated after deducting all the discounts.

5. The maximum discount amount can not be greater than ₹ 5,25,000/-.

6. The brand and model of the free appliances in this offer depend on your total project value. Please refer to the table below for detailed information.

7. The free appliances cannot be substituted for additional discounts.

8. The Flat 15 % off on modular furniture is applicable to the following:

• Modular Furniture, Modular Kitchen & accessories, Modular wardrobe & accessories, Modular storage & accessories, Kitchen countertops, Sinks & faucets, Transportation & installation.

9. The Flat 15 % off on loose furniture is only applicable on Aertsen brand loose furniture.
